Where I Read Cloud Atlas
February 11, 2016
Travel far enough you meet yourself
Two weeks ago I landed in Auckland, New Zealand with my suitcase and way too many books. Cloud Atlas is a piece of work that I just couldn’t put down. Six stories and six styles of writing connect souls across the span of time. I found myself pulling it out at every opportunity during my first week of adventures and searching for the best spots where I could pick up where I left off.
My favorite quotes:
“Every nowhere is somewhere.”
“I don’t remember summer ever saying goodbye.”
“Souls cross the sky of time like clouds crossing the skies of the world.”
Mount Eden, Auckland, New Zealand
Cheltenham Beach, Devonport, New Zealand
Little Oneroa, Waiheke Island, New Zealand
This is the cutest post. So creative. I hope you will do more “Where I read _____” posts! 🙂
Thanks Maddy!! I definitely will
Yes, great idea! Love this!
